Founder
I began my career in dentistry at Breakaway Practice, where I worked with Scott Leune and Steve Boyd (co-founded ClearChoice Implants), to help bring more than 50 new dental practices to market. During my time there, I worked across practice operations, software systems, and growth equity fundraising.
That experience also taught me how Breakaway managed its call center and insurance operations to support hundreds of dental groups and independent practices.
From there, I spent nearly a decade building banking and fintech software. At Brigit, later acquired by Upbound Group for $460 million, I led an engineering team and built their Credit Builder product. At Cash App and Square Capital, I built core systems behind roughly a dozen banking products moving billions of dollars in transactions each month.
Mainline grew out of both chapters. Dentistry is personal to me - I have dentists in my family, and early in my career I learned how much operational complexity sits behind every successful practice. Later, in fintech, I saw how the best technology companies use software to make complex, high-stakes workflows feel simple, reliable, and scalable.
I'm building Mainline to bring that same level of reliability and ease to dental teams, starting with the frustrating insurance work that slows practices down every day.
